Ladies, These Are 10 Things You Should. Never Say To Him

Hello ladies, in  keeping your relationship healthy and happy, it is in your interest to stay away from the following words.

1. “Man up.” This phrase is never, ever appropriate. He is a man. If he’s not meeting your expectations, learn to communicate this clearly and without insult.

2. "You are like my ex" or " My ex dosent behave in this manner" Men are always pissed off when their woman compares them to their ex, you dont want to be compared to his ex, so dont do same.

3. “We need to talk.” Yes, you should talk to your man. No, you should not warn him that you need to talk about something yet-to-be-described that will likely be uncomfortable. This phrase is the most likely to shift him into defensive mode. Try a more loving approach and you will surely get better results.

4.“Size doesn’t matter.” If size doesn’t matter, don’t talk about size.

5. “Is she prettier than me?” Or “Do I look fat in this dress?” If the question you are asking him has only one acceptable answer – and if a too-long pause in responding will only feed your insecurities – just trust that his answer would have been the right one and don’t bother to ask it.

6. “Are you really that silly?” Be careful not to use language that belittles your guy. Treat him with respect, even when you are angry or disappointed.

7. “Never mind. I will do it myself.” Don’t dismiss the offers of help from your man. A common love language is an act of service. Don’t deny him the opportunity to serve you. Sometimes it’s nice to feel needed.

8. “I can’t live without you.” Use desperate language with caution, and stay clear of phrases that sound clingy in early stages of the relationship. Let him take the lead when it comes to commitment and promises of a future together.

9. “I am not your mother.” Or “I am just like my mother.” Keep your moms out of it, unless you are actually talking about patterns learned from your respective families of origin.

10. “Nothing is wrong.” Yes, it is. He can’t read your mind. If something is wrong, tell him what’s wrong.

Daniel Oikhena, the boy who was discovered in the wheel compartment of an Arik-owned aircraft which travelled from Benin to Lagos last weekend has been offered scholarship by Gov. Rauf Aregbeshola’s volunteer group popularly known as De Raufs’ Volunteer Group.
In a statement signed by the Director General of the group, Amitolu Shittu, the group stated that ambitious Oikhena must not be suffocated on the altar of political and bureaucratic enforcement. Hence, the group said it was ready to sponsor Oikhena’s education up to university level to help him actualise his dream of travelling by air in the appropriate manner.
De Raufs’ Volunteer Group stressed that “The little boy’s ambition should be nurtured through qualitative education, and our group is ready to give him all the necessary support to make his dream a reality.
“We are sincerely willing to offer him the scholarship in order to encourage thousands of teenagers who are ambitious, because the truth is; our leaders in Nigeria have failed on their part to see the potential of the little boy.
“Therefore, De Raufs’ is taking up the responsibility to safe the future of this great boy and not turning him to criminal”, he stated.
Shittu stated that the parents of the boy should contact the secretariat of our group for further briefing on the scholarship grant.
De Raufs is a group which has been extolling the leadership qualities of Osun State governor, Rauf Aregbesola since its inception.
Meanwhile, the Daniel’s mother, Evelyn refuted claims that the child is criminally-minded while she was being quizzed by the State Security Services (SSS). “He is always at home, I have never seen anybody come to look for him and he doesn’t have friends”, she said.

Liberia students all fail university admission exam

Liberia education system is said to be in a "mess" Liberia's education minister says she finds it hard to believe that not a single candidate passed this year's university admission exam. Nearly 25,000 school-leavers failed the test for admission to the University of Liberia, one of two state-run universities.

The students lacked enthusiasm and did not have a basic grasp of English, a university official told the BBC. Liberia is recovering from a brutal civil war that ended a decade ago.

'Emotion'

President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, a Nobel peace laureate, recently acknowledged that the education system is still in a "in a mess", and much needed to be done improve it. However, Education Minister Etmonia David-Tarpeh told the BBC Focus on Africa programme that she intended to meet university officials to discuss the issue.

"I know there are a lot of weaknesses in the schools but for a whole group of people to take exams and every single one of them to fail, I have my doubts about that," Ms David-Tarpeh said. "It's like mass murder." Ms David-Tarpeh said she knew some of the students and the schools they attended. "These are not just schools that will give people grades. I'd really like to see the results of the students," she added.

University spokesman Momodu Getaweh told BBC Focus on Africa that the university stood by its decision, and it would not be swayed by

"emotion".

"In English, the mechanics of the language, they didn't know anything about it. So the government has to do something," he said. "The war has ended 10 years ago now. We have to put that behind us and become realistic."
